There are many dangers in the Sahara. These include dangers from the weather conditions such as extreme heat, sun burn, hypothermia from cold nights and sand storms. We could get dehydrated from lack of water. We could get sick from consuming contaminated water and plants. Since the temperature can exceed 100 degrees, we will need plenty of water and a hat to provide shade. Our parents should also be very worried if we are not hydrated because of the insufficient water and that could lead to death. There are posionous snakes and insects that could bite us. We can catch many infections and our parents will want us to get vaccinted if possible. We should take plenty of sunscreen, a hat, inset replent, first aid kit, antibiotics and have have knowledge about dangerous animals and plants and how to avoid them. Heat stroke is a big issue in the Sahara Desert because of extreme heat and insufficient amount of water and we should stay out of the hot sun. We have to avoid big cats like lions and cheetahs, which could attack us for food.
